Our shipping policy outlines the terms and conditions of using our shipping services and the steps we take to ensure your package arrives at its destination safely and on time.
Shipping Methods and Costs
We ship all orders through Evri and DPD. We also offer free shipping for orders over £39.95.
Processing Time
We aim to process and ship all orders within 2-4 business days of receiving them. Orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Delivery Time
Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method you choose. We offer two delivery options, standard and express delivery.
Tracking
You will receive your tracking number via email, make sure to check your junk/spam folder.

*Please note that in the event of Strikes/Non-working times and adverse weather conditions, we cannot guarantee delivery times. Please be assured that our delivery partners will work as hard as they can to deliver parcels as normal, and will get your parcel to you as soon as they can.
